IUE Power Path Micro-Credentials Program is a flexible and modular learning program that enables students to acquire skills in demand in business world as well as academic learning.

Micro-credentials are short-term trainings that are valued in business world, documented with digital badges. IUE Power Path prepares you for the future, giving you a strong start to your career.

The program consists of 5 main micro-credential courses and covers a 1-month face-to-face training period.

• Knowing Yourself. Growing Yourself  - Prof. Dr. Burcu Güneri Çangarlı

This micro-credential validates an individual’s ability to demonstrate professional behaviors, ethical decision-making, and effective workplace communication. Participants will develop the necessary skills to navigate professional environments with confidence and integrity.

• Success Code: Workplace Skills for Growth  -  Asst. Prof. Burçin Önder

This micro-credential equips learners with self-leadership skills necessary for personal and professional growth. Participants will engage in self-assessment, goal-setting, and reflective practices to foster self-motivation, resilience, and accountability.

• Plan It Right: Practical Project Management  - Lecturer Nejat Kutup

This micro-credential provides learners with fundamental project management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Participants will gain hands-on experience in scheduling, resource optimization, and applying modern project management techniques.

• Take the Lead: Listen, Adapt, Succeed  - Asst. Prof. Donald Staub

This micro-credential equips learners with essential leadership skills to communicate effectively and lead with confidence. Participants will engage in self-assessment, deep listening exercises, and adaptability strategies to enhance their ability to inspire and influence others.

• The Right Formula: Excel for the Workplace  - Asst. Prof. İlker Korkmaz

This micro-credential provides participants with fundamental spreadsheet skills using Microsoft Excel. The course is delivered through hands-on practice sessions in computer laboratories at İzmir University of Economics, allowing learners to apply key Excel functions in real-world scenarios. Participants will develop essential competencies to create, manage, and analyze data efficiently.

Students, who successfully complete the entire program, receive a digital and shareable IUE Power Path badge and a guaranteed internship at leading companies in the industry!
