Mandatory internships are conducted during the summer of the 3rd year (after the Spring Semester) and the mid-term of the 4th year (after the Fall Semester). It is not considered appropriate to complete mandatory internships during the semester. If voluntary internships are to be carried out during the semester, there must be at least 2 working days free in the course schedule (including online courses). If mandatory or voluntary internships start during the summer term, they must be completed before the start of the fall semester. For both voluntary and mandatory internships, there must be a department related to Industrial Engineering at the internship site. Internships of students enrolled in the Double Major Program (DMP) are evaluated separately by the internship commission of each department. |
